 Have you always wanted to try SCUBA diving, but just aren’t sure if the sport is for you? Sign up for a Discover SCUBA Splash Party to enter the magical underwater world by making a dive in the safety of the swimming pool with an instructor. We will give you an overview of your dive experience, fit you with gear and follow it up with a SCUBA dive in the pool.  The National Diving Center's Advanced Open Water Diver Certification Course consists of a short orientation session, followed by one Confined Water training session. Five Open Water Certification dives are conducted to complete the certification - or the class can be taught as a referral, allowing you to complete your certification dives on vacation.
Ready for the next steps, or looking for a way to keep your dive skills fresh in between trips? Take the Advanced Open Water Course to experience five dives under instructor supervision.  Medic First Aid Basic is taught in one classroom session and is based around non-stressful small group hands-on learning, and will be supplemented with additional training in the use of the increasingly common portable defibrillator. Medic First Aid Basic provides skills that are of a considerable benefit on a daily basis, and should be considered by Divers and Non-Divers alike.
This class meets on June 6th from 11:00am-5:30pm.
