Cape Hatteras

shipwreckJune 7-8, 2008    July 12-13, 2008    August 9-10, 2008

We've locked in 3 weekends of East Coast Wreck Diving again for this summer.  Join us June 7-8, July 12-13, and August 9-10.  Four centuries of shipwrecks have been documented along this shoreline.  Summer temperatures average 78-85 degrees with 60-80 feet of visibility.  Many of these wrecks have a fascinating history, meeting their demise from German torpedoes during WWII, running aground on the Diamond Shoals, being overcome by stormy seas, or even colliding with one another in heavy fog.  Advanced Open Water Certification is required on these charters.  Thse weekends are popular and there is limited space -- be sure to reserve your spot early!

Charter fee is $245 and there will be a fuel surcharge of approximately $10 per person, per day.

A Return Trip to St. Lucia? A Travelog Submitted by Lisa Lanham
St. Lucia TurtleSt. Lucia has been on the top of my list of dive destinations for a long time. I’d heard that the reefs were lush and the landscape magnificent but it didn’t prepare me for the view outside the plane as we banked and the pitons came into sight. The trip from the airport to our resort proved to be equally exciting. Winding through the steep mountain terrain you get a real sense of the untouched beauty of the island. Anse Chanstanet is nestled on the side of a mountain on the west coast of St. Lucia just north of Soufriere and is perhaps one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve been to. Their aim is to spoil you and that’s exactly what they do. From the fabulous meals to the luxurious day spa the customer service was impeccable.
