 Start your adventure today!! Now is the perfect time to dive into a new adventure! The PADI Open Water SCUBA Course is your ticket to a lifetime of excitement. Courses are available for anyone over the age of 10, making SCUBA a fantastic family activity!
During this course you will learn the fundamentals of SCUBA diving, including dive equipment and diving techniques. There are several certification options available.  We offer a Full Certification Class that includes your classroom sessions, confined water sessions, and all necessary Open Water Certification dives. At the completion of your classroom and pool training you will conduct 4 Open Water dives, in one weekend, with your instructor at a local quarry. At the completion of those 4 Open Water dives you will have earned your PADI Open Water Certification. Tuition for the Full Certification Course is $449. This price includes all of your educational materials, certification fees, and the use of a regulator, buoyancy control device, SCUBA cylinders, weightbelt with weight, and wetsuit, for all pool sessions, as well as your Open Water Certification Dives.
You may decide instead to take our Open Water Referral Course. The classroom and confined water sessions are the same, but this course allows you to do your 4 Open Water Certification dives on a National Diving Center sponsored trip, or your own personal vacation. This is a great option if you are taking the course during the winter months, or already have a vacation planned. Tuition for the Open Water Referral Course is $399. This price includes all of your educational materials, certification fees, and the use of a regulator, buoyancy control device, SCUBA cylinders, weightbelt with weight, and wetsuit, for all pool sessions. Your instructor or the dive shop staff can answer any questions you have about which option is best for you. Students must provide their own personal snorkeling equipment, consisting of a mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit boots, and two mouthpieces for SCUBA regulators. If you do not already own this equipment there is a Student Bundle package available while you are taking your course with us at a Student Discount.
